Karnataka elections are now at their final stage. The next elections are due to be held on May 10. All the parties are busy in spreading their propaganda by issuing their respective manifestos. The Congress party has resolved to ban Bajrang Dal in its manifesto. Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and its youth wing Bajrang Dal are seen agitated about this. Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal will chant ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ across the country on May 9, a day before the polling for the Karnataka Assembly.
Announced by tweeting:
Congress party has said in its manifesto that, “We believe that law and constitution are sacred and cannot be violated by organizations like Bajrang Dal PFI or any other by promoting enmity or hatred between communities, even if Be it a majority community or a minority. We will take decisive action as per law, including banning such organizations.”
Vishwa Hindu Parishad surrounds Congress
Countering this statement, VHP general secretary Milind Parande said, βIt is highly disrespectful that in the Karnataka Congress election manifesto, the party has promised to ban Bajrang Dal. After that Congress and some other anti-Hindu leaders in several states including Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra have demanded ban on Bajrang Dal. Congress leaders should understand that Bajrang Dal is doing the work of cow protection campaign in the whole country. Apart from this, he is engaged in cultural awakening, free marriage of girls and other social works. A program has been fixed to invoke ‘Bajrang Bali’ to provide ‘sadbuddhi’ to Congress and other organizations and their workers.
