CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10th and 12th Board Exam Results 2023. According to the board, more than 3.08 lakh students have scored more than 90 per cent marks in CBSE’s 10th and 12th exams. While over 66,000 scored above 95 per cent.
The student board declared the results for a total of 38 lakh students on the official websites – cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in. As per the data, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) has performed better this year by securing 99.14 per cent. While the Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools have secured a total of 98 per cent marks.
But the performance of government schools has been worst this year. He has got around 80.38 per cent marks. Besides, independent schools, CTSA schools and government-aided schools have recorded 95.27 per cent, 93.86 per cent and 81.57 per cent respectively.
In class 12, 1.12 lakh students have scored more than 90 percent and 22,622 students have scored more than 95 percent. In class 10th, 1.95 lakh candidates have scored above 90 per cent while 44,297 have scored above 95 per cent. The board declared the CBSE 12th Result 2023 first with a pass percentage of 87.33 percent.
An hour later, the class 10th result was declared with a pass percentage of 93.12 per cent. The class 10th board exams were to be conducted from February 15, 2023, to March 21, 2023. While the class 12th exams were conducted from February 15, 2023 to April 5, 2023.
